Madrasah is an Islamic religious education unit under the auspices of Ministry Religion. In Kota Mataram, Provinsi NTB, there are two types madrasas: public and private. Based on interviews with PPKn teachers at madrasah, was anxiety about carrying out learning. The reason that students less interested in participating learning, considering implementation education, which tends to be monotonous based low-level thinking skills (LOTS). have realized this but not made many innovations due limited knowledge experience developing innovative this, purpose community service realize learning madrasas through HOTS-based portfolio training. method used guided training mentoring. stages include preparation, training, assistance. results show has been increase participants' cognitive abilities regarding after attending addition, participants able develop designs, a approach.
